1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Magic Music ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Subscription
Magic Music costs USD $7.77 per month and renews monthly unless cancelled. Manage your subscription, update your payment card or cancel from your Magic Music profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. For help, contact vibe@manifestmusic.studio.
3. Content Usage
All music, audio, and content provided through Magic Music is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform any content from the Service without written permission from ManifestMusic.Studio.
4. Listening and Downloads
You can save selected tracks inside Magic Music for offline listening in a supported browser. Reconnect at least once every seven days to verify your membership; offline access never extends beyond your paid listening period. Saved music is specific to this device and browser, is cleared on sign-out, and may be removed by browser storage cleanup. These saved copies are for in-service listening and are not downloadable music files. Separately commissioned Your Song orders include delivery of the finished song as a downloadable file, independent of a Magic Music subscription; the usage rights agreed for that order apply.
5. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sharing your account with others is not permitted.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
