We collect your email address when you create an account. We store your playlists, account access information and subscription status to provide the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide the Service, manage your subscription, send important account notifications, and improve the product experience.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Resend for account emails. Stripe processes subscription payments and provides the billing portal. Account and playlist data are stored in our service database. We do not store your full payment card details.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
6. Cookies
We use essential browser storage for authentication and session management. When you choose Save offline, audio, artwork, lyrics and a time-limited access certificate are stored in your browser. You can remove them in Saved on this device. No third-party advertising cookies are used. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources and selected actions such as streaming-link clicks and starting checkout. It uses analytics cookies. We do not send email addresses, form contents or account access tokens to Google Analytics. You can allow or decline analytics and change your choice in Privacy settings. We remember this choice for up to 180 days. Payment and request records are maintained separately to provide the service.
